AREAS OF PRACTICE
Following pupillage in London Mr Temple returned to Manchester in 1978. Originally he had a varied practice involving not only Crime but also Family Law, General Common Law and even some Chancery work. In 1984 he decided to specialise in Crime and since then he has practised almost exclusively in the Criminal Courts throughout the Northern Circuit and beyond.
Mr Temple has extensive experience, both with and without a Leader, of trials involving most types of serious criminal offences including Murder, Kidnap, Armed Robbery and other violent off ences; Rape and other sexual offences, including those involving the evidence of children; Drugs and Drug Trafficking off ences of all descriptions; Conspiracies, Frauds, Car Ringing and Thefts of all types and classifications.
With more than 20 years experience at the Bar, Mr Temple is able to provide an efficient, knowledgeable and reliable service to those instructing him in relation to all aspects of criminal matters.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In his spare time, Mr Temple is a farmer (and sometime breeder of snails). He has a lifelong interest in all matters rural, agricultural and equestrian.
