PROFILE

Mr Dickinson’s practice is predominantly personal injury litigation based and involves instructions for both Claimants and Defendants in most areas of Personal Injury work, including:

  • Road Traffic Accidents
  • Tripping & Slipping Accidents
  • Accidents at Work
  • Credit Hire Claims
  • LVI Litigation
  • Fraudulent Claims

Mr Dickinson offers strong advocacy skills, supported by good working relationships with his solicitor and lay clients. His approachable manner helps to foster a team-approach to litigation and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

As well as the above, Mr Dickinson is also building an extensive Housing Law practice, with a large Social Housing element. Predominantly instructed by Local Authority and Social Housing Landlords, Mr Dickinson is regularly instructed in disrepair, possession and “nuisance neighbour” cases, including Injunctions and Anti-social Behaviour Orders in the Magistrates and County Courts.

Since his pupillage at 8 King Street Chambers in 2002/3, Mr Dickinson has also regularly acted in private family law proceedings and ancillary relief applications in the Magistrates and County Courts.
