PERSONAL INJURY PROFILE
Rebecca Eeley’s practice is split between personal injury and employment law. She is developing a wide range of experience in many areas of the former. Areas of practice so far include industrial accidents, road traffic cases, slipping and tripping accidents and criminal injury compensation claims. In addition Rebecca has a particular interest in the development of human rights law, this subject having formed a major part of her Masters degree. Her knowledge of comparative jurisprudence forms a source of ideas for the development of arguments of legal principle and policy.
Rebecca Eeley is keen to provide a ‘user friendly’ and efficient service which is tailored to the needs and priorities of the individual client. She is adept at dealing with the worries and concerns of those clients who find the prospect of involvement in legal action particularly daunting. Th is having been said, she is keenly aware of the commercial realities of litigation and the need to provide straightforward, clear-headed advice.
