Lena has experience in all areas of personal injury litigation including:
- Drafting statements of case including robust defences against fradulent personal injury claims;
- Writing counsels advice on both liability and quantum;
- Providing advice and testing witnesses in conference;
- Interlocutory hearings, fast and multi-track trials.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Lena worked for a multinational construction company providing legal advice. During her time in the construction industry Lena gained familarity with health and safety legislation and its application in personal injury claims.
