    Disrepair claims, injunctions, possession proceedings, applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and “nuisance neighbour” cases, both private and Local Authority work.

    Consumer credit and supply of goods and services.
  • Insolvency
    In proceedings and applications under the Insolvency Act 1986 and in the context of commercial disputes in general.
  • Administration of estates
    Wills and their construction, contentious probate and applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act.
  • Mortgages and banking
    Including enforcement of mortgages and securities, limitation of actions, undue infl uence.
  • Property disputes
