The areas of work undertaken by Mr Morgan are complementary and span a wide range of commercial litigation in the High Court, Tribunal and Arbitration proceedings, with particular emphasis on company law, insolvency, confidentiality, insurance, professional negligence (Accountants), contentious and non-contentious employment matters. His work involves advocacy in the Employment Tribunal/High Court (including Northern Ireland and Scotland) and Disciplinary Proceedings (independent schools) and includes all claims within the Tribunal jurisdiction. High Court litigation has involved particular emphasis upon such matters as director responsibilities, fiduciary duties; restrictive covenants, confidentiality, pension and PHI related issues.
