EMPLOYMENT PROFILE
Daniel has experience of a diverse range of employment law issues, both from his time as a pupil to Paul Gilroy QC and in independent practice. He has successfully acted for both Claimants and Respondents in the employment tribunal, ranging from individuals to large companies. He conducts advisory and drafting work on all areas of employment law, with an emphasis on the interpretation and application of new or complex legislation.
Daniel has developed a particular interest in:
- discrimination of all forms, including civil actions outside the field of employment;
- unfair dismissal, including the recent statutory basic procedural requirements;
- the contract of employment as a source of rights and obligations; and
- industrial relations.
Daniel provides a focused yet thorough approach whilst maintaining a down to earth and professional service.
