Since his appointment as Queen’s Counsel Charles Garside has been engaged in conducting serious and complex criminal cases, oft en involving technical and scientific evidence.
He has regularly appeared in criminal cases involving allegations of breaches of health and safety legislation and infringement of intellectual property rights. He has also appeared in the Divisional Court and higher appellate Courts in cases involving criminal and quasi-criminal matters.
In addition to his Court appearances he lectures on topics including corporate manslaughter and the effect of human rights legislation.
